YUNO values user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the YUNO mobile application collects, why it is collected, and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
YUNO does not request or collect personally identifiable information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, precise location, photos, financial information, or payment information.
To understand how the application is used, detect technical issues, and improve the application, the following technical information may be processed automatically:
- Usage and interaction events within the application
- Features and question categories used
- The language selected in the application
- Usage information related to actions such as viewing questions, sharing content, and notifications
- Application version and package information
- Device model and operating system information
- Crash and error logs generated while the application is running

Age or age range information is used solely to display age-appropriate content and is not sent to Firebase as part of usage analytics.
When you clear the application's data through your device settings or uninstall the application, information stored on the device is deleted. If operating system backup features are enabled, some data may remain in device or cloud backups according to the applicable service provider's policies.
3. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics
YUNO uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google.
While the application is being used, usage analytics and technical error data are automatically sent to the Google Firebase infrastructure. These services are part of the application's standard operation and cannot be disabled from within the application.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics helps us understand, at a general level, how users interact with the application. Information such as application usage, features used, language, category identifiers, and certain in-app actions may be recorded.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify application crashes, application-not-responding events, and other technical errors. This may include crash reports, stack traces, the application's state at the time of the error, application version, device model, operating system, and technical installation identifiers.

4. Purposes of Processing Information
The technical information collected is used only for the following purposes:
- Understanding, at a general level, how the application is used
- Identifying errors, crashes, and technical issues
- Improving the application's stability, security, and performance
- Improving the user experience and application features
- Identifying application versions and device types affected by technical issues

- Complying with legal obligations
This information is not used to display advertisements, create personalized advertising profiles, or directly identify users.
5. Sharing of Information
Technical information collected by the application is shared with Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
Google processes this information in order to provide Firebase services, maintain their security, and operate the underlying technical infrastructure. Service providers are expected to protect data in accordance with this policy and applicable data protection laws.
Information may also be shared only in the following circumstances:
- To comply with a legal obligation
- In response to a valid request from an authorized public authority
- To protect the rights and safety of YUNO, its users, or third parties
User data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
Firebase services are provided through Google's global infrastructure. As a result, technical information may be processed or stored in countries outside the country in which the user is located.
Google states that it applies appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for international data transfers and data security.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Technical information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with the applicable Firebase retention settings.
Google states that crash reports and related technical identifiers processed through Firebase Crashlytics are retained for 90 days, after which the removal process from active and backup systems begins.
Firebase Analytics data is retained according to the data retention period configured for the Firebase project and Google's applicable retention policies.
YUNO does not provide user accounts. Therefore, it may not always be technically possible to verify that a record associated with randomly generated technical identifiers belongs to a particular person or to locate all records associated with one specific user.

8. Data Security
Data transmitted to Firebase is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Reasonable technical and administrative security measures are used to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
9. Children's Privacy
YUNO does not request the user's name, contact details, or any other information that directly identifies the user.
The age or age range selected within the application is stored only on the device and is used solely to provide appropriate content. If you believe that personal data relating to a child has been processed unintentionally, please contact us using the email address below.

Depending on the country in which you are located, you may have the following rights:

YUNO may allow question text or images generated by the application to be shared through other applications.
